Wynn still life

For my still life project, I am going to photograph a series of the same object from my perspective and from 5 other peoples prospective.

Still life

For my still life project I will be photographing different types of soda bottles. I will shoot either plastic or glass bottles all with different colors. I will be shooting on a white backdrop.

Still Life

For my still life project I want to show the weight of the trash produced by processed and fast food has on the environment. For example, for one of my images I want to buy a fast food burger and take it out of the packaging a put it on the left side of the frame. Then I would pile up all of the trash associated with the burger (rapper, bag, napkins, sauce package, receipt, etc.) on the right side of the frame. This would show the amount of waste produced for one burger and it would show the contrast of the small burger to the large pile of trash.

For my still life project, I am going to base all of my photos off of different sounds. In my images, i would like to photograph different actions like a hand circling around the rim of a wine glass, a glass bottle being shattered on the floor, mentos being dropped into coke, fireworks popping on the ground etc... In my photographs, I want to try to convey the sound through the image so that when my viewers see the image, that sound automatically comes to mind.

Still Life Project- Lee Tritt

For my still life project I am going to take a look at a lifestyle that is different than mine. At episcopal, many people have amenities that others do not have. I do not know what the world is outside of my life and what I know. However, I do know that life is not the same for everyone. To go along with my theme of one man's trash being another man's treasure, I will go good will and several other thrift stores to see what people decided to give away. The images I will photograph vary from shoes, toys and other accessories. Once the project is done, the items will be returned to hopefully be someones treasure and give them joy similar to the joy photography gives me. 

Still life

For my still life project I plan on using objects to represent someone’s life and how someone’s aspect on life is a full circle. This person’s childhood was happy and exciting so I would photograph toys and coloring and the pictures will be bright and happy. Then when this person gets into their teenage years they get depressed so I will use objects and lighting to symbolize their feelings toward life at that time in their life. Then when they are older they become happy with their lives again and I will use object to symbolize that.

Still Life Project

    For my still life project I want to focus on fixing things the wrong way. In life we put many temporary fixes on permanent problems, so for this project I want to take a more comical approach on this idea. I will work with materials that are broken, cracked, or in need of repair. The way the materials are fixed will be obviously wrong, but will shed a light on the obviously wrong temporary fixes in society. For example I will take a broken piece of wood and make it look like it is being sown back together, which is definitely not what one would actually do.

Still Life Project

For my still life project, I will photograph different miniature toy animals, representing real animals. I will photograph them in the studio with different types of trash, such as soda can rings and saran wrap constricting them. These photos will represent the effects of pollution on them. These photos will also be somewhat chromatic to make the effect more dramatic. For my out of studio photos, I will display the same animals, but in habitats similar to their own. These will show them thriving as they are supposed to out in the wild, free from pollutants.

$till lyfe

For my still life project, I plan on staging different parts of my room (or what my room would look like) based on what my room looked like during certain times of different milestones in my lifetime. The images will consist of different principles of design and are intended to be somewhat monochromatic. Each photo will contain important objects from my past  and will symbolize what each "important" year meant, and how I felt during this time; displaying how it shaped my living space.

Lauren Avery- Still Life Project

For my still life I plan to create 6 images that demonstrate 6 specific instances of chaos that have either taken place in the world or are currently taking place. For three of the images they will be a story line and transition from being a once happy time to one now that is of distress. For the other 3 images it will repeat this type of transition but a different story line. More specifically I plan to use both 9/11 and its sudden occurrence that changed the lives of many forever and also a hurricane that had a similar effect but took more belongings and possessions rather then lives.

Lizzy Curran Still life !

My concept for my still life project is to create a scene of the preparation and the event itself of a child birthday party. A part of my out of studio will take place at party city and at my home as i will be collecting party materials and baking a cake. I will not be using the cake that i baked because it will not look as good as a birthday cake from publix. I will be setting up the party in a still life and each studio image I will make small changes to each scene. the first three will be out of studio for the preparation and the last three will be the part itself with everything becoming less vibrant as the cake stays the same because no body will show up over a period of time.
